More space for new employees

The construction industry is booming - this is especially true for the LEONHARD WEISS company from Satteldorf in Baden-Württemberg. During the constructional expansion of the company headquarters, additional employees will be accommodated for around 14 months in a spatial solution in container construction from ELA.

In the three-storey, 1,080 square metre facility, offices and meeting rooms, lounges and sanitary facilities are located on the upper floors, while the company restaurant is located on the ground floor. All rooms are heated and cooled by split air conditioning units.

The system consists of 60 ELA premium rental containers with different functions, which are used, for example, as corridors, internal staircases, fully equipped kitchens, or technical rooms. Generous window areas and glazed external double doors ensure a bright and friendly atmosphere. The floor covering combination of PVC and needle felt is both functional and comfortable.

The entire room modules were delivered by several ELA trucks with loading cranes. For exact alignment and static safety, mobile concrete foundations and floor plates were used during assembly.

"Of course, we also handed over this system again as a turnkey project," says ELA Area Sales Manager Stefan Fett. "If a customer wants to work with us regularly over many years, that is the greatest compliment for us", says Fett. This is also the case with LEONHARD WEISS. "I think that in this case too, the fact that our solutions are known to be economical, efficient and sustainable played a major role", says Fett. Full service, from planning to on-site installation, is an essential success factor for ELA Container.
