What information is required for the supplier application?

In the supplier application section, please fill in all marked mandatory fields (*) completely. You are also welcome to fill in the optional fields and upload additional information (company presentation, product brochure, etc.) in the document field to present your company in the best possible light.

The forms listed in the “Our information for you” section are not necessary for the supplier application and only become relevant during the supplier onboarding process.

What is the basis for successful cooperation?

ELA always strives for long-term, partnership-based cooperation with its business partners. Clearly defined purchasing and delivery conditions, mutual confidentiality in the handling of information, and compliance with environmental and human rights principles form the basis of a successful partnership.

Is there a designated contact person for me as a supplier in ELA's purchasing department?

ELA's central purchasing department is structured internally according to product groups. After the supplier application and a successful onboarding process, you will have a designated contact person at ELA.

What are the next steps in the supplier application process?

Your application documents will be forwarded to the responsible purchaser based on the product group you have selected. If your services and characteristics match our requirements, we will contact you and request the additional documents necessary for supplier onboarding (supplier self-disclosure, NDA, etc.) in order to integrate you into our procurement processes in the best possible way.

How will my personal data be handled?

The data submitted as part of the supplier application will be used exclusively by ELA for internal purposes and will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties.
