VIP tower for soccer club sv meppen

SV Meppen has a new “VIP tower” with space for around 150 guests. The four-storey room system comprises 24 ELA premium containers for a combined usable space of 432 m². A wide glass front allows guests to enjoy their club’s matches in comfort. The new ELA system complements the club’s existing  VIP area. 

The tower measures around twelve metres in height, with a covered outdoor staircase connecting the storeys and providing a balcony on upper floors. The ground floor houses preparation and storage spaces for catering as well as the sanitary facilities, whilst the actual spectator rooms with glass fronts are located on the three upper floors for an unobstructed view of the pitch. The individual, spacious rooms comprise container modules without partition walls and each provide around 70 m² of space for football fans. Acoustic panels on the ceiling complement the attractive design of the floors, walls and furniture. The exterior design features the colours of the long-standing club.

“The process was perfectly organised, from planning and delivery to assembly and handover,” says SV Meppen Managing Director Ronald Maul. “When developing the VIP tower concept, we were able to draw on a wealth of experience from earlier projects,” says ELA Area Sales Manager Ralf Neelen. The limited space available for installation proved to be a challenge. “But by using our wider ELA premium containers and creating multiple storeys, we were able to come up with an attractive solution.”
