On February 20, 2025, this year's results of the Potentialpark ranking were presented in Hamburg – and we are included for the first time! After years of working on our Talent Communication, we are delighted to be officially represented in the ranking. Potentialpark is a market research company that annually examines and evaluates employer communication in the areas of “career site”, “social media”, “applying online” and “professional platforms”. In doing so, 13 communication channels were examined and evaluated on the basis of 269 criteria.
An important milestone for our Talent Communication
Our continuous efforts to improve our employer communications have paid off. We are particularly proud of the fact that we have been ranked directly in the top 30 in the “Applying Online” category! This category assesses a transparent, fast application process as well as excellent job search functions. Thanks to our new careers site and the associated improvements to our job search and job ads, we were able to achieve an excellent result here.
Keeping up with the big players
The ranking is dominated by large corporations and well-known brands – so we are all the more pleased that we were able to position ourselves in the middle of the pack in the overall ranking. This shows that we are on the right track with our digital talent communication! You can view the final ranking here.
What's next?
Our goal is to continue to work on our visibility through channels such as our careers page and social media, as well as to continuously optimize our application process in order to rank even higher next year.
