ELA Container is continuously expanding its distribution network in Europe. Since January last year, the space specialist has also been represented in Austria. The new location in Pettenbach is strategically well situated at a maximum distance of fifty kilometres from the three most important industrial locations in Upper Austria, Linz, Wels and Steyr. "Thanks to the optimal transport connections, we can offer our customers in Austria fast, flexible and cost-effective delivery," explains ELA Managing Director Günter Albers.
With seven employees, a large factory hall and a 250 square metre office facility, ELA has already implemented the first orders at the new location. "Our customers receive the same all-round service here as in Germany - from planning and delivery to assembly and equipping of the containers," says site manager Mario Wimmer.
The ELA team is available to assist customers with all planning steps. At the end, there is a detailed offer that also takes into account potential savings through the use of ELA premium containers. "In addition to the all-round service, ELA Container convinces with transparency from consultation to invoicing," explains Wimmer. This means that the companies have 100 per cent calculation and planning security - also for the future.
According to Wimmer, the premium containers are particularly well received. These are half a metre wider than conventional containers and offer three square metres more space for a better feeling of space and even more furnishing options. They can be used in a variety of ways as living containers, office containers, construction site containers or sanitary containers and can be equipped with furniture, accessories, electrical installations and internet as needed. In this way, individual container systems are created in the shortest possible time and are ready for immediate use. "We have the right solution for all sectors," says Wimmer.
This is also the case for Salzburg Airport. The ELA containers are already in use there. Since June 2020, the members of the ramp service crew have been able to spend their lunch break in the 68 square metre container facility on the aircraft apron in peace and protected from all weather conditions. The container facility consists of four ELA quality all-rounders and was designed to meet the needs of airport employees.
