Four-storey office complex for industrial customers

Sustainability is a strategic principle for the energy supplier MVV Umwelt in Mannheim. It produces electricity, heat and steam from waste, biomass and wind. The company required additional office and meeting rooms for its projects on a temporary basis. The problem here was that there was little space on the premises, but a high space requirement.

ELA Office Concept for the Texo Group in Scotland

ELA Container GmbH and the Texo Group have entered into a cooperation to revolutionise the modular accommodation sector in Scotland. The go-ahead for the cooperation was the delivery of new offices for the Texo Group at the port of Dundee. The new project partner Texo Group is a specialist for engineering, technology and personnel services. Together, ELA Container and Texo Accomodation developed a building layout that accommodates the diverse operations within the Texo group.
